The Application – Manage Your Service Center deals with Service Center Vertical who is either an Authorized Service Center of a Company or managing a Service Center in its own name. The application can handle Service Call for Items under Warranty, Service Call for Items Not under Warranty, Declaration form for Camera, Create Users, Change Password, Customized Dynamic Terms & Conditions and number of Utility Reports.<br/>
Various modules help you out disposing almost all of your day-to-day Service Center activities with ease and total control. The complete application is password protected, having module wise access control and fully user-friendly.
Here we define user friendliness as not only the ease with which you can enter a data or traverse through our application but also the level of IQ an operator should have to run the application. The User Interface (UI) is designed keeping Beginner Level in mind and not Intermediate or Expert.
Once you have low-skilled (in computer awareness) manpower working on the application, you can have a team of e-staff, i.e. you need not to hire new guys for data entry. Same people may have this extra delegation to punch in their relevant records into the software.
